Mixed feelings about the stay

We were there for a bday bash, and it was kinda disappointing. The room was decent, but they told us we had to leave by 2:30. Our table didn't even have a white cloth like others! Food was pretty lukewarm, and some stuff was missing. The lounge area was nice, but the whole meal let us down. Not sure I'd go back.

Consider upgrading to the VIP suite for an expansive room with luxury amenities and a serene view. It's worth the extra cost for a special occasion.

Free wifi and parking were great, but no lift was a downside for mobility issues.

Enjoyed our stay, especially visiting the nearby Norfolk Showground, where we caught a lively event. The hotel was accommodating for our large family, including our baby, which made the trip more enjoyable.

In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom could've been cleaner.

I was pleasantly surprised by the dining options, as the restaurant served beautifully presented and delicious meals—definitely a highlight of my stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. the room decor felt a bit dated and could use some refreshing.

Great stay for our bowling crew!

Had a blast with a bunch of bowlers for a week! The rooms were newly updated and super comfy. Radu took care of our meals, and Summer was a lifesaver when we had issues. The outdoor garden was perfect for chilling out. Just wish the buses to town ran a bit more often!

I truly appreciated the hotel's inviting lobby, which featured lovely décor and accessible seating areas. The staff were attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed during my stay. The cleanliness of the communal spaces was also commendable.

the brook hotel is really nice n chic inside, way better than outside looks. the staff were super friendly n helpful, great service all around. breakfast had a lot of options, def good quality food. the area is cool n close to town with decent parking too. me n my partner had a comfy night n slept really well!

Breakfast included freshly baked croissants and a selection of organic juices. The on-site restaurant offered well-presented meals, and ample parking was a major plus too.

stayed at best western for a coach trip near the norfolk showground and had a great time. the food has improved so much, with tasty and well-cooked meals and a better variety this year. i also loved the bannatyne health club, it was nice to swim and unwind. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Reception was quick and welcoming upon arrival. The air conditioning in my first room was noisy, but staff promptly upgraded me to an incredible room featuring the largest bathroom I've ever seen, a spacious sofa, and a huge TV. I enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep and appreciated the decent self-service breakfast available the next morning.
